BAYTOWN – Irving-based Exxon Mobil has purchased 93 acres off Baker Rd. adjacent to its refinery.
New York-based SI Group Inc. sold the land in two contiguous 55-acre and 38-acre tracts.
The new owner has no immediate plans for the land.
