HOUSTON – Local developer United Equities has acquired two parcels totaling 12 acres in Satsuma Station Industrial Park, a 115-acre business park adjacent to US 290 and SH 6.
The company plans to build two crane-served industrial properties totaling 83,500 sf on a five-acre tract and up to 90,000 sf of industrial space on a seven-acre tract.
