Rockport home sales June 2015: Swearingen
ROCKPORT – The Swearingen Report for residential homes has been released for the 12 months ending June 2015 by Coldwell Banker The Ron Brown Company.
The average sales price for residential homes was $249,964, down 1.1 percent versus June 2014 when it was $252,860.
The median price of residential homes was $197,800, versus June 2014 when it was $182,500, an increase of 8.4 percent.
Total sales of residential homes for Rockport MLS for June 2015 was 531, an increase of 4.9 percent (25 homes) versus June 2014.
The average Days on Market for residential homes for June 2015 was 169, 7.7 percent shorter than the same period last year.
