HOUSTON – After 22 years in two Greenway Plaza, T-Mobile has signed on to be the anchor tenant for a 17-story tower, which will change its name from River Oaks Tower to T-Mobile Tower, about a mile away.
The wireless company signed the 29,142-sf lease at 4126 Southwest Fwy., and will occupy three-and-a-half floors of the building.
T-Mobile’s lease brings the tower’s overall occupancy to 75 percent.
