PLEASANTON, ATASCOSA COUNTY – Chaparral Place, 1121 W Oaklawn Rd., has been sold, according to JLL Senior Vice President Moses Siller.
Chaparral Place was built in 2013. The sale includes the 10.34 acres on which the property is situated.
The 92-unit, Class A multifamily property is located about 30 miles south of San Antonio.
"Located in the heart of the largest U.S. oil play, the Eagle Ford Shale, the property has become the premier housing option for energy employees, demanding premium rates and offering great amenities," according to Siller.
Windmill Investments LLC acquired the property.
