AUSTIN – A San Antonio-based developer has recently sold Tacara Steiner Ranch, a 246-unit luxury apartment complex on Lake Travis located at 4306 N. Quinlan Park Rd.
The $47.9 million property is the last multifamily project zoned at Steiner Ranch, Taylor Morrison’s 4,600-acre master-planned community in Northwest Austin.
After leasing began in March 2017, the project quickly leased to 98 percent.
The complex is a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, and sold for about $195,000 per door based on the price listed in an SEC filing.
