Medical district building to 22 lofts near Mockingbird

​DALLAS – A 40-year-old building near the medical district is being converted into a modern mixed-use community with condo units located at 1380 River Bend Dr.

The 55,000-sf building near the intersection of Stemmons Fwy. and Mockingbird Ln. has been carved into 22 loft-style units ranging from roughly 2,200 sf to 3,500 sf.

The average list price is about $150 per sf, putting the units in the $350,000 to $375,000 range.

Formerly an office center, the units in the 1380 River Bend project can serve as private homes, artists’ studios, and an array of other uses.​
