AUSTIN – Renovations are underway to upgrade two office buildings in the area.
Both properties—Capitol Tower, at 206 E. Ninth St., and the five-building Bridgepoint Square development, at 6300 Bridgepoint Pkwy.—are owned by Equity Commonwealth and are being marketed by JLL.
Capitol Tower has a new lobby, while upgrades at Bridgepoint Square include renovated entryways, lobbies, restrooms, light fixtures, and more.
A fitness center has also been added at Bridgepoint Square and a new café is on the way.
