DOWNTOWN DALLAS – The years-in-the-making 41-story Atelier tower is ready to break ground on one of the last vacant blocks in Dallas’ Arts District at Flora St. and Pearl St.
The mixed-use high-rise will include retail, artists’ lofts, and 364 luxury apartments in one of the tallest residential buildings in town.
The project includes 15,000 sf of street front retail and a parking garage.
Apartments in the tower will range from 702 to 2,266 sf.
The building will open in 2020.
