Steele Properties has partnered with Fort Worth Housing Solutions to purchase the Prince Hall Apartments for $10.5 million.

Constructed in 1968, the 76-unit complex encompasses ten two-story buildings that hold one-, two-, and three-bedroom units.

Steele plans to spend $45,000 per unit on renovations such as new roofs, windows, HVAC systems, as well as plumbing and electrical upgrades, and new kitchens and bathrooms.

It will also renovate the complex’s community room, adding a computer lab, kitchen, playground, and upgraded laundry facility.
