HOUSTON – Developers broke ground mid-June 2018 on 2111 Austin, a 216-unit mid-rise apartment building at the corner of Austin St. and Gray St.
Units at the complex will range from 650-sf efficiencies to 1,400-sf three-bedroom units, with rental rates starting at $1,200 per month.
The amenities will include a fire pit, pool, courtyard, billiard room, conference room, and package concierge system.
The project is expected to deliver in May 2020.
