HOUSTON – A 71-year-old building in downtown has been sold at 1001 McKinney St.
The 23-story, 375,440-sf building includes an attached parking garage, on-site conference facility, bike room with showers, and direct access from the lobby to Morton’s Steakhouse.
When the deal closed, the building was 76 percent leased.
Built in 1947, the tower is a historic landmark on the National Register of Historic Places.
