MANOR – Elliott Electric Supply has leased 144,113 sf at 12555 Harris Branch Pkwy.
The company will move into the new facility next quarter.
It currently occupies 67,000 sf at 10605 Delta Dr. in Austin. Elliott will keep 20,000 sf as a counter-sales location.
