Eisenhauer Point getting two new industrial buildings

​​​SAN ANTONIO – ​​​​​Miss.-based EastGroup Properties is developing two industrial buildings in the six-building Eisenhauer Point Business Park. 

The 114,700-sf building seven will have 24-ft clear heights and 36 dock-high doors. The 221,467-sf building eight will have 32-ft clear heights and 62 dock-high doors. 

The new buildings will bring the park’s total footprint to over​​ 800,000 sf. Eisenhauer Point is 87 percent occupied.​

Work will start once permitting is complete. Delivery is set for early 2019.

Locally​ based R.C. Page Construction is the general contractor. Cavendar & Hill Properties will lease the buildings.
