Manor wired up to 114K SF-industrial space

​​​​MANOR – Elliott Electric Supply is preparing to move to a new 144,113-sf space at 12555 Harris Branch Pwky. in third quarter 2018. 

Tenant buildout at the regional distribution center will start in July 2018 with plans to launch operations by the end of year.

The firm will keep 20,000 sf of its old space as a counter-sales location at 10605 Delta Dr.
