CEDAR PARK – iSports Real Estate Development LLC plans to develop a multispecialty sports center at the Scottsdale Crossing business park.
The 157,000-sf iSports Training and Performance Center is expected to include numerous sports tenants, sports medicine, entertainment, retail, and restaurants.
The lead tenant at the center will be Chaparral Ice, an ice rink operator slated to build two National Hockey League-sized ice rinks, offering a space for public skating, hockey games, figure skating, and curling.
The tenant will also operate indoor and outdoor turf fields for soccer, football, and other sports at the facility.
The project is scheduled to break ground in fall 2018.
