SPRING – Construction has begun on a nearly 150,000-sf multitenant office building inside CityPlace, a mixed-use development at 1700 City Plaza Dr.
The Class A office building encompasses 122,700 sf of office space and 26,900 sf of ground-floor retail space.
Design features of the building include floor-to-ceiling windows, terraces, gardens, and a covered pedestrian connection between the office lobby and parking structure.
When complete, the 60-acre CityPlace is expected to include four million sf of Class A office space and 400,000 sf of retail.
