Senior living to San Marcos

​​​​​SAN MARCOS – Plans for a new 71,000-sf assisted-living and memory-care facility are underway at 800 Leah Ave. near the Central Texas Medical Center and other medical services.

The project is expected to break ground in November 2018, and developers expect the project to be completed by December 2019.

The facility will include 66 assisted-living rooms and 24 memory-care rooms served by​ a 24-hour trained staff, as well as a bistro, fully staffed kitchen, lounge area, chapel, media room, salon, fire pit, courtyard, and garden.
