The 100,000-sf Class A office building, located at 316 W. 12th St., is owned by Prescott Group Inc.
The building has new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems; new elevators; new restrooms and a new conference room; a fitness facility with showers and lockers; indoor bike storage; and a more open courtyard around a heritage oak tree.
In addition, renovations added a new rooftop terrace and windows wrapping around the structure with views of the Texas Capitol.
CTA Architects Engineers is the property’s first tenant, leasing 15,400 sf.
