PLANO – A 1.6 million-sf office campus is for sale in Legacy West at 5400 Legacy Dr.
Opened in 1992, the former Electronic Data Systems complex has two eight-story buildings connected by an upper level bridge of office space.
Currently, only 30 percent of the 97-acre site has been developed, but it’s zoned for mixed use with an emphasis on offices.
The campus was one of the first office centers built in the booming Legacy business park.
The property could go for up to $125 million.
