SAN ANTONIO – The historic building at 900 Broadway St., which was recently renovated, will soon be home to Grunt Style LLC’s corporate headquarters.
The move is part of the military and patriotic-themed clothing company’s goal of eventually producing 100 percent of its products in the United States.
The company will move about 45 employees from its Chicago-based office staff to the 900 Broadway St. location, which it will be occupying entirely.
The building, which was redeveloped by Ridgemont Properties Inc., includes 38,715 sf of rentable space spanning a first floor, second floor, and basement.
Grunt Style was started in 2009 by Daniel Alarik, a former U.S. Army drill sergeant, who sold patriotic T-shirts at flea markets, sporting events, and other events.
