33K-SF self-storage facility changes hands

​​​​​RICHLAND HILLS – Boulevard 26 Storage, a 33,607-sf self-storage facility in Tarrant County, has been sold. 

Located at 7410 Blvd. 26, the facility occupies 2.3 acres just off I-860, approximately 11 miles from downtown Fort Worth and 28 miles from downtown Dallas. 

The facility was built in 1950 and repurposed as self-storage in 2007. 

It​ features 305 climate-controlled units, four covered and 53 uncovered boat and RV spaces, as well as 8,500-rentable-sf retail space and 720 sf of office space.
