HOUSTON – A local private investment group has bought the former Halliburton campus at 10200 Bellaire Blvd.
The 48-acre Oak Park Campus includes a 568,000-sf office building, a 17,500-sf fitness facility, a daycare center, a central plant, and a five-level parking garage.
Although the office building was constructed in 1979, Halliburton has made cosmetic, mechanical, and electrical renovations since 2013.
