137K-SF facility Turbo charges business park

​​BROOKSHIRE – A groundbreaking ceremony will be held in June 2018 for the North American headquarters of Germany-based Man Diesel & Turbo SE.

The new 137,434-sf build-to-suit facility will be located at 1986 Woods Rd. 

The building will initially be composed of 105,309 sf of air-conditioned service shop space and 32,125 sf of office space.

The project is expected to take about one year to complete.

Future phases are expected to double the square footage of the project’s initial phase.

With the move, the company will be the first tenant in the 650-acre business park at Twinwood, just south of I-10 between Woods Rd. and Waller Ave.
