Site plans for the development.FRISCO – In June 2018, the city’s Planning and Zoning Commission approved a new mixed-use development located north of Main St. and west of Dallas Pkwy.

The 36-acre property was originally zoned for a data center in 2014; however, it was never developed.

The property owner has now requested that the land accommodate a retail, restaurant, and office development focused around a 124,000-sf Lifetime Fitness.

Within the request, two sub districts were proposed—Tollway District and Legacy District.

The Tollway District will be the central location for retail and restaurant services fronting a central open space feature.

The Legacy District will include the Lifetime Fitness facility, which will include two pools and 12 tennis courts.

The buildings within the development will be designed similar to the nearby development The Rail to the north and Frisco Market Center to the south.
