IRVING – The Greenway Tower on SH 114 near MacArthur Blvd. in Las Colinas was purchased by a partnership of Taurus Investment Holdings.
The ten-story, 192,000-sf office building was constructed in 1981.
The building is almost 75 percent leased with tenants including Ace Cash Express, Tekzenit, and Deval Consulting.
The Greenway Tower purchase comes on the heels of the recent sale of the 122 W. Carpenter Fwy. office building in Las Colinas.
