Which size Brooks? Square-foot variety to industrial development

​SAN ANTONIO – Brooks and Industrial Group Southwest will soon break ground on a 350,000-sf industrial facility, the first phase of an additional 1.1 million sf of industrial space coming to the area.

At full build out, preliminary development plans call for the joint venture to feature six available building sites ranging from 30,000 to 600,000 sf and from about three to 45 acres.​

The facility—the first building of a joint venture between Brooks and Industrial Group Southwest—will be on 20 acres and feature parking for an estimated 400 to 900 employees of future tenants.

The facility, located at the southwest corner of Goliad Rd. and City Base Landing, is expected to be completed by spring 2019.

Industrial Group Southwest will develop, build, and lease the facility, which will be the fourth light industrial facility at Brooks.
