PEARLAND – Drever Capital Management is planning a new four-story senior living project in Pearland’s Shadow Creek Ranch, near SH 288 and the Sam Houston Tollway.
Larkspur Shadow Creek will be an active-adult apartment complex for residents ages 55 and up.
The company wants to provide Class A accommodations for active-adult communities at a “relatively affordable price.”
Drever Capital Management purchased about 11 acres for the project in May 2018.
Current plans for the four-story building include one- and two-bedroom units starting at 695 sf with rents starting at $1,700 per month.
The developers may consider a second phase of its “resort-style” apartment complex down the line that would include single-story cottages with attached garages.
