EDINBURG – The Heights, a 128-unit affordable housing complex, officially opened in June 2018.
The $19 million development is located at 2132 E. Wisconsin Rd.
The gated apartment community includes:
- eight two-story buildings with one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans;
- a swimming pool;
- a picnic area; and
- a furnished community clubhouse with a fitness area, business center, laundry room, and kitchen.
Only three apartments remain vacant since leasing began January 2018.
The project took roughly four years to complete.
