Three-tower senior living development at The Domain

​​​​AUSTIN – Senior Resource Group has broken ground on its first Texas senior living community in The Domain’s residential area. 

Located at 11001 Austin Ln., the 230-unit Maravilla at The Domain will be a continuum-of-care senior living campus for residents age 62 and older. 

Occupying nearly four acres, the 370,000-sf development will consist of an 11-story south tower as well as the six- and seven-story central and north towers. 

The community will offer 142 independent-living, 54 assisted-living, and 34 memory-care units.

In addition, the community will include access to an on-site rehabilitation center.
