KATY | RICHMOND – Star Cinema Grill has started construction on a 12-screen theater in the District West mixed-use development.
The theater, located at 22125 FM 1093, is scheduled to open early 2019.
Estimated cost of construction, according to TDLR, is $2.6 million.
The cinema will have a state-of-the-art sound and projector systems with all recliner seating and push-button service.
Star Cinema Grill will offer craft cocktails, wine, beer, and a chef-inspired menu.
The first phase of District West, a 100-acre development at the Westpark Tollway and Peek Rd., will open in fall 2019.
