AUSTIN – Several of the busiest submarkets for residential home sales are in ZIP codes south of the Colorado River, including four in the 78704 ZIP code.
Gated community in South Lamar
A new community called Milam Grove is being built at 2800 Del Curto Rd., near South Lamar Blvd.
The community at will have a casita and 11 single-family homes ranging from 2,800 to 3,600 sf.
More activity on South First
Guild Lofts is a 25-unit condo community currently under construction at 2804 S. First St.
Units will run from $195,000 for a 484-sf studio to $570,000 for a three-bedroom condo.
Construction is expected to be complete by late 2018 or early 2019.
New community near Yeti, AMD
The 41-unit Cayena neighborhood, located at 5204 Wier Hills Rd., is under construction on the other side of the MoPac Expressway.
The homes will range from two to three stories and 2,200 sf to 3,500 sf.
The community is close to Lantana Place, an $80 million mixed-used development, as well as less than a mile away from the Yeti Coolers LLC and less than two miles from Advanced Micro Devices Inc.
