​​​HOUSTON – Locally based McNair Interests will develop a 1.2 million-sf luxury mixed-use development.

The project will include residential units, a 350,000-sf Class A office tower, 30,000 sf of retail space, restaurants, green space, and a 150-room Rosewood Hotel. 

The $500 million development will sit on six acres at the intersection of Richmond Ave. and Post Oak Blvd. 

McNair will begin construction in 2019. Delivery is set for 2023. 

Chicago-based Skidmore, Owings ​& Merrill LLP is the architect. Locally based Patrin​​ely Group will manage the project.
