​​​​Concept image of the 1.2 million sf-building HOUSTON – McNair Interests, a private investment and management firm founded by Texans owner Bob McNair, is set to break ground on a 1.2 million-sf luxury development in 2019.​

The mixed-use project will be located on six unoccupied acres at the intersection of Richmond Ave. and Post Oak Blvd. 

The building will include:​​
  • luxury residential units;
  • a 350,000-sf Class A office tower;
  • 30,000 sf of upscale retail;
  • chef-driven restaurants;
  • ​green space; and 
  • ​a 150-room Rosewood Hotel.
The $500 million development will deliver in 2023.
