According to a new report from the Altus Group, DFW industrial property owners are paying 23.15 percent more in taxes than they were five years ago. 

DFW Airport industrial sector average values have increased from $39.66 to $44.69 per sf, with tax rates rising from $1 to $1.13 per sf.

The area around DFW Airport is the region’s strongest submarket.

Average assessments in North Fort Worth industrial have increased from $29.44 to $33.08, with tax rates rising from $0.88 to $0.98 per sf.

The increase in e-commerce is expected to continue to drive demand for more flex space.  ​
