​​HOUSTON – ​Dallas-based Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is building​ a production and distribution facility in the​​​​​​ Pinto Business Park. 

​​The $250 million​ project will be nearly one million sf. It will be the first Coca-Cola production plant built in the U.S. in a decade. 

The company will consolidate production​ from two local manufacturing plants and four warehouse and distribution centers into the new facility. ​​The plant is expected to begin operating in early 2020. 

​Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is a subsidiary of Mexico-based Coca-Cola bottler Arca Continental​​​.
