HOUSTON – TCC Multifamily Interiors will break ground June 2018 on a ten-acre headquarters northwest of the city.
The $13 million project located at 9340 Derrington Rd. will include a 30,000-sf office and 45,000-sf warehouse.
The company has about 60 employees and expects to grow to 100.
Trammel Crow Co. is developing the land, which will be annexed by the West Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 21.
