ADDISON – Elevate Credit Inc. will expand at Spectrum Center, doubling both the size and capacity for employees.
Elevate currently occupies a full floor, 26,000 sf, on the second level of the west tower of Spectrum Center, a 12-story, two-building complex located at 5080 Spectrum Dr.
The company is adding a full floor on the same level in the property’s east tower.
Elevate Credit will leverage this space to create a 52,000-sf super floor—the two buildings are linked on the first and second levels by a connector.
The expanded office will accommodate up to 294 people.
Built in 1983, the 614,000-sf Spectrum Center was renovated in 2011.
