HOUSTON – The law firm of Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr will expand its offices at downtown’s Pennzoil Place by more than 40 percent.
The firm has increased its space by 8,800 sf for a total of 30,000 sf in a lease renewal and expansion located at 700 Milam.
Pennzoil Place, which consists of two 36-story trapezoidal towers, contains 1.4 million sf.
About 400,000 sf is available for lease.
According to Savills Studley’s “1Q 2018 Houston Office Sector Report,” 26 percent of the Class A office space in downtown Houston is available.
