AUSTIN – Plans are in the works for a $250 million project—a 14-story apartment tower and a six-story office building—expected to break ground in early 2019 near the Domain.
North Gateway Plaza will be developed by Capella Capital Partners at 10615 Burnet Rd.
The 320,000-sf residential tower will have nearly 300 apartments with one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans.
The office building will have 300,000 sf of office space and 20,000 sf of retail space.
The development will include the first downtown-style residential tower in the Domain area.
The buildings will share a seven-story parking garage.
The project is expected to be finished in 2021.
