PFLUGERVILLE – Living Spaces opened a new furniture showroom and distribution center in the nation’s third-fastest growing city in May 2018.
The $40 million, 500,000-sf facility is located near the intersection of SH 45 and Heatherwilde Blvd., just west of the Texas 130 Toll Rd.
The store will provide 140 new jobs.
A Beck’s Prime Restaurant will open inside the building and three other lots on the property are ready for development.
In September 2016, Pflugerville officials approved an economic incentive agreement where half of the sales tax generated from store purchases will go back to the company, with a cap of $3 million over the store’s first ten years.
