SOUTHLAKE – The local planning and zoning commission has approved plans for the 42.5-acre Carillon Parc development.

The project at N. White Chapel Blvd. and SH 114 is part of the 285-acre Carillon residential community.

It will be divided into eight primary districts with restaurants, retail, hotels, residential lofts, and offices.

Carillon Parc will also be home of the Southlake Public Library. Nine acres of trees will be preserved on-site.

Construction is set to begin by first quarter 2019.
