337-Unit Kingwood Ranch underway

​​​​KINGWOOD – Construction is underway on the multifamily development, Kingwood Ranch, on Northpark Dr. 

SWBC Real Estate purchased nearly 15.9 acres of raw land in 2015 to develop the Class A apartment complex.

Upon completion in fourth quarter 2019, the development is planned to have 337 units.

The property is located along North Park Dr., just west of Hwy. 59, providing easy access to major employment centers, shopping destinations, and the George Bush Intercontinental Airport.
