Tell me I’m Priddy: Palmer apartments underway

​​​FORT WORTH – Fort Capital has broken ground on The Palmer, a 46-unit boutique apartment community along the Trinity River. 

Located at 117 Priddy Lane, The Palmer will be part of the 276-acre mixed-use development known as The River District. 

The community will be within walking distance of several businesses and restaurants. 

The Palmer will include studios and a mix of one- and two-bedroom units.
