The developers plan to turn the 36-acre—former Cowboys facility—into a high-density housing community called Legends Crossing.
The new neighborhood will have 282 homes.
The townhouses in the Valley Ranch project will start for less than $250,000 with large villas priced near $450,000.
Plans call for a swimming pool, community center, and picnic area for the residents.
Streets in the neighborhood will be named after legendary Cowboys players.
