HUTTO – Hutto’s Co-Op District will include a 39,000-sf Flix Brewhouse LLC movie theater after city officials inked an incentive agreement.
The addition to the Co-Op District, a 35-acre project under development on US 79, could create an urban downtown that would help to keep its residents from taking their dollars to Hutto’s larger neighbors in Williamson County.
Flix Brewhouse, which combines movies with beer it brews on site, has five locations nationwide with more on the way.
It recently raised $13 million for those expansion efforts.
