HOUSTON – Yorktown Plaza, a roughly 200,000-sf office complex, and its accompanying retail development will be demolished and transformed into anything from a retail, mixed-use, office space, or hospitality development in around five years or less.
The property contains:
- a 98,292-sf office building,
- a 97,045-sf building, and
- roughly 13,000 sf of retail space in-between those buildings at 5373 West Alabama St.
The property, which sits on 4.25 acres near the Galleria, will either be sold to a developer or redeveloped by Houston-based Wedge Group.
