The property contains:

  • a ​98,292-sf office building,  
  • a 97,045-sf building, and
  • roughly 13,000 sf of retail space in-between those buildings at 5373 West Alabama St.
The property, which sits on 4.25 acres near the Galleria, will either be sold to a developer or redeveloped by Houston-based Wedge Group.
