It continues to expand its inventory of office space, according to Cushman & Wakefield’s San Antonio Office first quarter 2018 report.

The amount of new office space under construction has more than doubled from 1Q 2017 to 1Q 2018—with average rental rates increasing 70 cents per sf.

First quarter 2018 showed total employment of 1.05 million jobs, up 22,000 from 1Q 2017—and an unemployment rate that fell a full percentage point over the same period.​
