COLLEGE STATION – The Tradition, a 427-unit student housing community, has been acquired by Preferred Apartment Communities.
The 808-bed complex is located in the Northgate district at 301 Church Ave.
The company financed the acquisition utilizing a non-recourse first mortgage bridge loan for $30 million.
"The Tradition is located just steps from the Texas A&M campus and was completely renovated in 2017 to provide best in class student-centered amenities and finishes,” said CEO Paul Cullen.
