Baytown Crossings will eventually include more than 1,400 homes on 514 acres at Garth Rd. and Wallisville Rd. in Baytown's extraterritorial jurisdiction.

The first home sites are expected to be available for builders in early 2019, and the community’s grand opening is planned for summer 2019.

Baytown City Council approved the creation of a municipal utility district for the community at a meeting on January 11, 2018.

Baytown Crossings also will feature miles of greenbelt trails, neighborhood parks, and large amenity lakes.

Goose Creek Consolidated Independent School District is planning a future elementary school next to the community.

The community’s four major neighborhoods will each be named after a prominent Baytown family.
